CANCELLATION POLICY / DEPOSIT

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Please consider traffic and delays when planning your travel time. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. A new appointment deposit will be required to re-book.

SICK POLICY: If you are sick, please contact Alisha as soon as possible. Together, we can determine best practices.

RESCHEDULING: All rescheduling must occur at least 72 hours before your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but clients can reschedule them ONCE. Please check your availability beforehand to ensure proper booking. I cannot guarantee your availability. Limit one reschedule per client. Canceling less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service

The tattoo process can take hours; the deposit is used to reserve this time. Rescheduling must be made more than 72 hours before your appointment. Any changes to your appointment within 72 hours may result in the forfeit of the deposit or additional costs. Canceling less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service. All cancellations without rescheduling will result in the forfeit of the deposit. Clients who "NO SHOW" without notifying the provider will be charged 100% of the service total.

Photos/Videos will be taken before and after your procedure and are required by our insurance. They may be posted to social media and our website for advertising/marketing purposes.
